
I was really tired this few days
being one of the badminton competition participator
I have to keep practicing in order to did well in this competition..
Few of my friends had arranged our practice timetable..
- Mon: 3 to 5 p.m.
- Fri: 3 to 5 p.m.
but now..
I have to exercise more..to keep my body..(I can't say fit because I am not fit at all) Healthy~..
I have been playing badminton since I was in my primary 4 when I started to keep my attention on my body size..
I played it with my mum until she can't play at all due to her painfulness of her arm...
and I stop everything and tried to find another way to slim down my body...they work!
Finally I cut down my weight! Thanks god..~
